Gaia 2 extraction of radial velocities

The lines in this catalog has carriage return and linefeed.

This extract from Gaia 2 contains all 7.224.266 stars with a given radial velocity (rv).
Please note, that sometimes the error of rv is greater than the rv itself.
Although sometimes no proper motion has been measured and no parallax.

Columns  Length Short     Explanation

001-020      20 ID        Gaia 2 identification number.
021-034      14 RA        Right ascension for 2015.5 (equinox J2000.0) as degrees without decimal point.
                          Columns 021-023 contains the pre-decimal part.
035-039       5 RA error  Error of right ascension in mas without decimal point.
                          Columns 035-036 contains the pre-decimal part.
040-053      14 DEC       Declination for 2015.5 (equinox J2000.0) as degrees without decimal point.
                          Columns 040-042 contains the pre-decimal part.
054-058       5 DEC error Error of declination in mas without decimal point.
                          Columns 055-056 contains the pre-decimal part.
059-064       6 parallax  Parallax for 2015.5 as mas without decimal point.
                          Columns 059-061 contains the pre-decimal part.
065-069       5 par error Error of parallax in mas without decimal point.

The coordinates are for equinox J2000.0, but for epoch 2015.5.
That means, that the proper motions has been used to calculate the positions for 2015.5.
Or otherwise: If you want coordinates for 2000.0, you must subtract 15.5 * proper motion.
